I received an email from Merle. “Tom, water is pouring out of the back of the OTHG at the water heater. I’ve called Jamie and Sean with the City and left messages.“
As I learn more I’ll update here.
Update 12/27/2022
I wanted to let you know, in order to keep you guys in the loop. Sean was able to stop all leaking water and turn off the water heater to the Over The Hill Gang building yesterday/this morning. Everything is currently operational, other than heated water. He is going to make all of those repairs when he returns to work next week.
For now, everything works for you guys other than heated water. I hope it won’t be too inconvenient for you guys to operate with cold water the next few days.
