As a pet sitter I get unusual reasons as to why people leave their dog(s) with me. Here’s one of them. One of my clients the other day dropped their sweet, happy bouncy energetic beagle off and I told the man as he turned to leave, “Have a great time.”
He said to me, “Oh, we’re not going anywhere. My wife’s crabby, fussy controlling ol’ Great Aunt Ida is coming to visit and I don’t want anything to make her feel that she’s welcome.”

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, we give You praise and honor as we gather here today to enjoy food, conversation, fun and games together with family and friends and bless the food prepared today, may it nourish our bodies and always consider those less fortunate.
