**** January Thoughts****

Today is the first page of a 365 page book. Write a good one. My phone battery lasts longer than my New Year’s resolution. You know you’re getting older when you stoop to tie your shoelaces and wonder what else you could do while you’re down there. One benefit of getting older is that your secrets are always safe with your friends – because they can’t remember them anyway. When I say, “The other day,” I could be referring to any time between yesterday and 15 years ago.

Our Over The Hill Gang (OTHG), birthday wishes went out to Diane and Ella. November 13, was our “Hat Day’ which we usually acknowledge every second Thursday of each month. There were many unusual hats that were displayed on our heads throughout the luncheon. We were able to have several pictures taken of the group for those who participated. *** November Thoughts ***

One way to achieve inner peace is to finish what you start, even if that means finishing two bags of M & M’s and a chocolate cake.

If we’re not meant to have midnight snacks, why is there a light in the fridge?

If you are unsucessful at first, skydiving is absolutely not for you.

***** October Thoughts *****

I wish I was the person my dog thinks I am. Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter. Never let yesterday use up too much of today. If we’re not meant to have midnight snacks, why is there a light in the fridge? Whoever said that money can’t buy happiness, simply didn’t know where to go shopping.
