Looking Back on February 2026 — Liberty Hill Over The Hill Gang

The Over The Hill Gang February birthday wishes went out to Robert, Anne, Steve, Larry, Barb, Steve, Faye, Elaine and Monica. Our average attendance for the month was 48 members with over 210 meals served. February’s visitors were Jeff Mayers, Sherry , Teresa, Karen, Travis, Annette and Dan.

The Over The Hill Gang celebrated and acknowledged Valentine’s Day on February 12th. Members celebrated by wearing bright pink and red clothing and hats. A collection of Valentine’s Day pictures are currently displayed on the board at the center.

Many thanks to Gary for his monthly history presentation. “Growing up in Liberty Hill” was February’s presentation. In addition, Gary provided his monthly biscuits, sausage, eggs and gravy breakfast on February 3rd.

We continue to have our Tuesday and Thursday morning coffee social at 8:00 a.m. each week. As well as our Yak and Yarn group every other Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday morning Canasta Cards and 10:00 a.m. and the Women’s Bible Study at 11:00 a.m. each week. Lunch and games each Thursday starting at 11:30 a.m.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift — that is why it is called the present.

True bonding happens when your friends and you are all mad about that same thing.

I remember it like it was yesterday. Of course, I don’t really remember yesterday all that well.

I used to think I was Indecisive , but now I’m not so sure.

The Over The Over Hill Gang Inc. is an organization for those over 50 years old. You are welcome to join us. Membership is free. Thursday lunch is for a $7 donation to cover expenses.
