JOKE:

This is funny because I actually used to know this guy.

Bubba Smith was a devout Christian cowboy who was out in his forerunner one day mending the fences on his ranch when he lost his favorite red leather Bible somewhere in one of the pastures.  He had owned it for most of his life and was devastated.

About 3 weeks later, one of my donkeys walked up to him carrying the Bible in her mouth.  Bubba couldn’t believe it!  He carefully took the precious book out of her mouth, raised his eyes and arms towards the sky and exclaimed, “It’s a miracle!”

“Naw it ain’t.” my donkey said, “Your name is embossed in the bottom right hand corner.”

PRAYER:

Father God we give you thanks for all our blessings and ask that you bless this time with family and friends as we come together for food, fun and games.

In Jesus name we pray, Amen

Turn your phones back on, those that need assistance please go first. I will announcement for leftovers if there is any. Thank you.

JOKE:

A cowboy, who just moved to Wyoming from Texas , walks into a bar and orders three mugs of Bud. He sits in the back of the room, drinking a sip out of each one in turn. When he finishes them, he comes back to the bar and orders three more.

The bartender approaches and tells the cowboy, “You know, a mug goes flat after I draw it. It would taste better if you bought one at a time.”

The cowboy replies, “Well, you see, I have two brothers. One is in Arizona , the other is in Colorado . When we all left our home in Texas , we promised that we’d drink this way to remember the days when we drank together. So I’m drinking one beer for each of my brothers and one for myself.”

The bartender admits that this is a nice custom, and leaves it there.

The cowboy becomes a regular in the bar, and always drinks the same way. He orders three mugs and drinks them in turn.

One day, he comes in and only orders two mugs. All the regulars take notice and fall silent. When he comes back to the bar for the second round, the bartender says, “I don’t want to intrude on your grief, but I wanted to offer my condolences on your loss.”

The cowboy looks quite puzzled for a moment, then a light dawns in his eyes and he laughs.

“Oh, no, everybody’s just fine,” he explains, “It’s just that my wife and I joined the Baptist Church and I had to quit drinking.”

“Hasn’t affected my brothers though.”

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, we. Thank you for this day, that we can come together to enjoy conversation, food, fun and games with family and friends. Bless this food today and very day, that we don’t go without.

In Jesus name we pray, Amen

“There are burglars in the kitchen.

I think they’re eating the tuna casserole I made tonight.”

JOKE:

There were four churches and a synagogue in a small town: a Presbyterian, a Baptist, a Methodist, a Catholic and a Synagogue.

Each church and the synagogue had a problem with squirrels. The Presbyterian church called a meeting to decide what to do about their squirrels. After much prayer and consideration, they concluded the squirrels were predestined to be there and they shouldn’t interfere with God’s divine will.

At the Baptist church the squirrels had taken an interest in the baptistery. The decans met and decided to put a water slide on the baptistery and let the squirrels drown themselves. The squirrels liked the slide and unfortunately, knew instinctively how to swim so twice as many squirrels showed up the following week.

The Methodist church decided that they were not in a position to harm any of God’s creatures. So, they humanely trapped their squirrels and set them free near the Baptist church. Two weeks later the squirrels were back when the Baptists took down the water slide.

But the Catholic church came up with a very creative strategy. They baptized all the squirrels and consecrated them as members of the church. Now they only see them on Christmas and Easter.

Not much was heard from the Jewish synagogue; they took one squirrel and circumcised him. They haven’t seen a squirrel since.

JOKE:

A cowboy from Texas apperared before St Peter at the Parly Gates.

“Have you ever done anything of particular merit?” St. Peter asked.

“Well, I can think of one thing, “the cowboy offered. “On a trip to the Black Hills out in South Dakota, I came upon a gang of biker threatening a young woman. I told them to leave her alone. But they wouldn’t listen. So, I approached the largest, most heavily tattooed biker and smacked him in the face. I kicked his bike over, ripped out his nose ring and threw it on the ground. I yelled,

“Now, back off or I’ll beat the tart out of y’all!”

St. Peter was impressed, “When did this happen?”

“Just a couple of minutes ago.”
