• We welcomed Dottie, as our visitor and new member
  Announcements:
• Joy provided an update regarding the T-Shirt order. We anticipate shirts being available for the March 7th luncheon.
• The proposed Lions Club Health Presentation was announced to see if anyone was interested. Appears no one was interested at this time.
• The suggestion of providing a member contact list was presented. This list would be for all members who wish to participate. Twenty-six individuals expressed interest in participating. A draft contact list will be available for proof and review at the February 29th luncheon.
• No other announcements, or concerns were noted.

Joke:
Merle provided her outstanding joke for this week’s luncheon.
Door Prize:
A free Over The Hill Gang lunch certificate was provided to this week’s winner.
Lunch Announcements:

OTHG Luncheon February 8, 2024

Glad everyone is here with us today, and a great Welcome to our new member and A Very Happy 90th Birthday to Ms. Ann one of our charter members.

OTHG ANNOUCMENTS:

As you all now know that our President Jannett Thornburg has resigned her position due to health reasons as of February 1, 2024, so please keep her in your prayers.

Our new President Mike Rutherford was voted in on February 1, 2024, and is doing a great.

Thursday Feb. 15, morning come to hear Gary give his “Looking Back at Liberty Hill” lesson.

Tuesday February 6th, we were going to have a craft day, but I will not be able to here, I forgotten that I have to take my grandson to the airport. So, if y’all want to do it I need someone to step up to get it done.

Thursday February 15th, Gary will be do a “Looking Back at Liberty Hill” starting at 10:30 sharp. Come early and have a cup of coffee and a snack before Gary gets started.

We got our samples of the new OTHG T-shirts in and will be taking orders for a few weeks, we are asking for payment at the time of order, so we can get them in sooner than later.
